Taurus Car Service is a car service, however, we do provide local service in Central NJ.

Our driver will track your flight and will be within range of the airport when you land. Upon landing when you are given approval by the flight crew to use your cell phone, call our main number 732-249-4443. We will put you in touch with your driver to arrange a pickup location at the airport.

We can meet you in the airport or in the cruise terminal if you would like for Meet and Greet service. There is a nominal charge for this. Please tell us if you would like Meet and Greet service when making your reservation.

Our driver will track your ship’s arrival. We ask that upon entering the cruise harbor in the morning you call our main number at 732-249-4443. We will put you in touch with your driver to discuss departure time details you have received from your cruise staff. Most ships arrive around 8 am and in general, most passengers are ready for pick up between at 10 – 11 am.

All cancellations must be made within 6 hours before your service time.

Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. However, we can generally accommodate you in as few as 1-2 days in advance. Last minute travel plans can also be arranged if needed.

You will be charged at the end of your trip, unless you have cancelled your trip less than 6 hours before your service time.

We suggest a 15 – 20% tip for our drivers.

Yes, your personal driver is there to serve you from the moment he greets you until he drops you off at your destination.

Additional stops range between $5-$10 per stop as along as the stops are along the route to the final destination. Should the stop be off route, there may be an additional charge. If a stop is longer than 15 minutes there may be an additional waiting time charge.

Unlike other services, Taurus Car Service does not have a surcharge for early morning or middle of the night service. The fare you are quoted on the phone is the fare you will pay.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All of our cars have credit card machines in the car and your driver can process the payment in the vehicle. Personal checks are not accepted.

We will do our best to locate lost items, however, Taurus Car Service is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles.

Taurus Car Service is not responsible for any damage cause by sub-contractors.
